VFW Veteran’s Vendor Fair

Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 7383 hosts a Veterans Vendor Fair annually to help supplement the funds we use to support our troops. All of your application fees go towards this great cause.

This year our fair will be held on Saturday, July 21st, 2012, the third Saturday of the month. It will be located at the Cary VFW post 7383 at 522 Reedy Creek Road, Cary, NC 27513. The fair is held indoors in the A/C and will be operating from 10 AM to 4 PM. Set-up will be from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM Saturday Morning.

We will have Ladies Auxiliary members at the entrance to help you unload your product and show you to your assigned tables. We will send out seating assignments after the application deadline. We will also be running a silent auction, raffling off door prizes and advertising to get more customers through the doors.

This year’s application deadline has expired however, we still have a few spots remaining we are offering first come, first serve. It is imperative that you mail the application immediately to reserve your spot. The application is attached to this email.

If you would like a full table it is a flat $50 fee, a half table is a flat $25 fee and if you need electricity, that is an additional $10. Please send your Check / Money Orders (No Cash Please) to Veteran’s Vendor Fair – 709 Kingswood Drive – Cary, NC 27513.

All instructions, safety notices and vendor information are included in your application. You only need to return the First page of the Application, signed and dated along with your check/money order.
